Portfolio Maintenance Management
AHR has extensive national expertise in Maintenance Inspections and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), whereby the condition of a property or property portfolio is assessed against the works of repair, decoration, improvement, or other works that will be required over a given period into the future, usually at 5 yearly intervals.
